Be the business customers find when they ask AI
Customers are no longer relying on one search box. They may use Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, Claude, or another tool to research and compare businesses before making contact.
AI visibility is not a separate switch that can simply be turned on. It depends on whether search engines and AI tools can find accurate information about your business, understand what you offer, and see enough credible evidence to include you in the results they generate.
My AI Visibility System identifies the gaps that matter most, strengthens the appropriate foundations, and measures what changes over time. No one can guarantee what an AI assistant or search engine will recommend, but I can help make your business clearer, easier to verify, and better positioned to be discovered.
How I get you found
Three practical stages that move from diagnosis to implementation and ongoing improvement.
Step 1
The $299 AI Visibility Audit
The Goal: To give you a clear picture of how your business currently shows up across Google and AI search tools, and to find your biggest opportunities to get more visible.
How I Do It: I review how visible and understandable your business is across Google, relevant map platforms, four major AI tools, your website, and the public sources customers use to check your credibility. The exact checks depend on your business type, location model, and available data.
- How you appear on Google Search and Google Maps, where relevant
- Your Google Business Profile completeness and accuracy, where eligible
- Your Apple Business Connect and Apple Maps presence, where applicableApple visibility is assessed through concrete Apple Business Connect and Apple Maps information. I do not claim to directly test or score Siri or Apple Intelligence recommendations.
- How you compare with direct competitors of a similar size
- Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Claude mention your business across six realistic customer prompts
- Your website's service clarity, crawlability, technical structure, FAQs, calls to action, and supportable trust signals
- Your reviews, business-information consistency, and highest-value authority profiles
You get a clear report showing where you stand and exactly what to fix. No obligation to continue with any further services.
Whether you have an established online presence or you're starting from scratch, the audit gives you a clear baseline to build from and measure against.
Your audit is a personalized report of at least six pages. Depending on your business type and data availability, I review information from eight or more relevant sources, test six customer-style prompts across four major AI tools for 24 total prompt opportunities, compare direct competitors, inspect your website, and provide a prioritized action plan. If a third-party source has too little data to produce a reliable estimate, I say so instead of inventing a number.
Here is a sample of what your audit includes.
Greenway Landscaping is a fictional business. This sample was created to demonstrate the audit format and is not a real client.

See Exactly Where You Rank on Google Maps
For eligible brick-and-mortar and location-based service businesses, the audit includes one Google Maps geo-grid scan for a priority local service. The scan shows where the business appears across its surrounding market, not just at its own address.

This is a fictional example of the geo-grid format. A real client audit uses the business's actual scan data. Online-only businesses receive the visibility analysis that fits their business model instead of an irrelevant map scan.
Your completed audit is delivered within one to two business days. No forms to fill out, just purchase and I get to work.

The AI Visibility Quick Start
The Goal: To correct the most important one-time visibility foundations identified in your Audit.
How I Do It: The Quick Start is a customized implementation project based on your verified gaps. Before anything is published, I confirm your approved business name, contact information, location model, services, categories, hours, positioning, and brand assets. I then focus the project on the highest-priority work that fits the signed scope and fee.
Depending on your Audit, the Quick Start may include work on an eligible Google Business Profile, website recommendations, service or FAQ content, technical specifications, a review-request system, credible proof, LinkedIn, Apple Business or Apple Maps where applicable, and a small number of relevant authority profiles. These are possibilities, not a fixed checklist.
The exact deliverables are confirmed in your Statement of Work. If the Audit identifies more valuable work than the Quick Start can reasonably cover, the remaining priorities can become the starting point for the Retainer.
I review authority profiles for every client, but I create or update only the profiles that are relevant, eligible, credible, and worth maintaining.
For website work, the signed Statement of Work will explain whether I am delivering recommendations and ready-to-use content for your webmaster, or completing implementation directly.
Depending on what your Audit finds, your Quick Start may include work like:
Eligible Google Business Profile Foundations
When local visibility is important and the business is eligible, I may correct categories, services, description, hours, service area, photos, and other priority fields. Products, posts, graphics, and Q&A are added only when the Audit shows they are useful. No individual profile field guarantees a ranking or AI recommendation.
Website Clarity and Technical Recommendations
I may prepare service copy, FAQs, internal-link recommendations, calls to action, and appropriate structured-data specifications so customers and search systems can understand the business more clearly.
Review Request System
I can create a simple process that neutrally asks genuine customers to share an honest review after a meaningful service milestone. The system does not filter customers by satisfaction, ask specifically for five stars, or use incentives.
Proof and Relevant Authority Profiles
For a new or low-review business, I may strengthen real proof through case studies, credentials, work examples, or permissioned testimonials. I may also create or correct a small number of credible profiles that fit the business's industry, geography, and customer journey. When a client has enough genuine reviews, a website review display may also be an option.
Investment: $997 (one-time project)
Step 3
The AI Visibility Retainer
The Goal: To keep improving the part of your visibility system that needs the most attention as your business, competitors, content, and search platforms change.
How I Do It: The Retainer is a prioritized monthly allocation of hands-on work, not a fixed package of identical deliverables. I begin with genuine Quick Start overflow, then choose one main priority and one or two supporting activities based on the largest remaining visibility or conversion gap. The work and expected deliverables are confirmed in that month's Statement of Work.
Depending on the month, the work may focus on:
Business Profiles and Reputation
Where appropriate, I maintain accurate business information, improve an eligible Google Business Profile, monitor reviews, prepare helpful review responses, and adjust the review-request process. Posts, products, graphics, and other additions are included only when they are the current priority.
Website Content, Proof, and Conversion
A month may focus on service content, FAQs, a permissioned case study, work examples, calls to action, internal links, or another website improvement that addresses a verified gap. I do not promise a fixed article or page every month unless it is written into that month's scope.
Authority Profiles and Information Consistency
I monitor important business information and pursue only relevant, credible profiles. I do not submit businesses to arbitrary numbers of directories or create empty social accounts simply for completeness.
AI Search and Competitor Monitoring
I compare the approved customer prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Claude when enough time or material work has passed to make the comparison useful. Quarterly comparison is the normal rhythm unless the Statement of Work specifies otherwise. I also review publicly visible competitor content, profiles, reviews, and search presence.
Plain-English Measurement and Next Priorities
I report what I completed, what changed, what remains directional or uncertain, what I recommend next, and whether I need anything from you. Depending on the client, this may draw from Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile activity, Local Falcon, referrals, conversions, reviews, and observed AI prompt results.
Apple Business and Apple Maps work is included only when it fits the client's business type, eligibility, and current priority. Apple information is assessed separately from the four AI prompt platforms.
Investment: Starting at $597/month
