About Me
Before I worked in AI, I built a business with my own two hands.
I founded Fit Cricket Nutrition, where I made protein bars using cricket flour as the second ingredient and main protein source. I shipped in thousands of pounds of frozen crickets from the US, oven roasted them by the hundreds in a commercial kitchen, and ground them into flour using my own equipment. That flour went into the bars, which were my main product on shelves, alongside a cricket protein powder I also sold directly. I packaged everything myself, sold to retailers and other businesses, and worked with cricket farmers who wanted their own crickets turned into a usable product. Most weekends meant a trade show or a farmers market.
That's the lens I bring to AI work now. I care about what actually saves you time, removes friction, or makes a real difference to your bottom line. I've run a real business, so I know the difference between a tool that looks impressive in a demo and one that actually saves you time.
I'm also a Certified AI Business Strategist. Running an actual business is what taught me how to spot what's useful and what's just noise.
